2. Usage Boundaries

Corporations accessing digital spaces are prohibited from utilizing crawlers, automated scripting entities, or performing malicious vulnerability testing without explicit permit.

3. Advisory Consultation Limits

Initial analysis and advisory sessions do not constitute a legal, financial, or system SLA commitment. Final technical deliverables are governed purely by custom project contracts.

4. Intellectual Property

All source layouts, vector models, branding assets, custom layouts, formulas, and digital configurations are the sole ownership of Synthetix AI and secured under regional copyright laws.

5. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

Except in cases of proven deliberate misconduct, Synthetix AI is not liable for structural database errors, network connection dropouts, or transactional losses originating from platform integration experimentation.

6. Applicable Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are strictly regulated under the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes are subject to arbitration offices within Johannesburg.
